Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sarasnidhi (sarasnidhi.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

  • Sarasnidhi is for personal investment tracking and AI-powered portfolio analysis only.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use this platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You may not use Sarasnidhi for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations.
  • Commercial use, scraping, or redistribution of platform data is strictly prohibited.

Subscriptions & Billing
  • Sarasnidhi offers daily (₹10), weekly (₹59), monthly (₹199), and yearly (₹1,499) subscription plans.
  • New users connecting Zerodha Kite for the first time receive a 7-day free trial.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card details.
  • Subscriptions are non-refundable unless the platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice via email.

Broker Integration
  • Zerodha Kite integration uses OAuth 2.0. We never access or store your broker password.
  • Kite access tokens expire every 18 hours and must be refreshed by re-connecting.
  • We are not affiliated with Zerodha Broking Ltd. Kite Connect is a third-party API.
  • We are not responsible for trading errors, order failures, or losses arising from broker connectivity issues.

Prohibited Activities
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial.
  • Sharing account credentials with third parties.
  • Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform.
  • Submitting false KYC information or impersonating another person.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarasnidhi and Tapa Retail (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you via email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
